A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted amount is required to secure and confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be settled prior to or on the day of the event, as agreed upon during the booking process. Your event date will be reserved only upon receipt of the required deposit.

To ensure the best service and proper event preparation, the following cancellation and refund terms apply: The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable and serves to reserve your event date and cover initial planning and preparation costs. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the required deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable due to committed resources, scheduling, and event preparations. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date. In the unlikely event that Pour Favor is unable to fulfill the booking, all payments received will be refunded in full. By confirming a booking and submitting the required deposit, the client agrees to these cancellation and refund terms.

The client is responsible for coordinating with the venue to secure the necessary access, permits, and approvals required for Pour Favor's ingress, setup, operation, and egress. The client must ensure that venue management is informed of our arrival schedule and any applicable venue requirements, restrictions, or fees prior to the event date. Any delays, additional charges, or limitations resulting from incomplete venue coordination or restricted access shall be the responsibility of the client and may affect setup times and service delivery. Pour Favor will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by venue access restrictions, permit issues, or delays beyond our control.
